Terms of Use

Last updated: 30 August 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Sphinx, the single sign-on and identity service operated by 12vectors at sso.12v.sh (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Sphinx lets you create an account and sign in — including with a third-party provider such as Google — and use that single identity to access applications that rely on Sphinx for authentication.

Your account

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, do not: use it unlawfully; attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data; interfere with or disrupt the Service; probe or scan for vulnerabilities without permission; or use it to infringe the rights of others.

Third-party sign-in

If you sign in using a third-party provider, your use of that provider is also governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for third-party services.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms; continued use after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 12vectors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or its users. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.
